My talk “It Won’t Show on Stage” yesterday to Shenfield and Hutton Ladies’ PROBUS coronation lunch. Crowns and tiaras and even some union flag face painting. The speaker secretary heard me speak to Upminster U3A and chose a different talk for this group. At least they knew what they were getting yesterday and weren’t expecting someone famous off the tele.
