This prolonged sequence of events is taking its toll on us all. I’m sure that there can’t be any one that hasn’t been touched in some way. I hope that we can all soon see the light at the end of the tunnel. So far I’ve not had any interest in Zoom talks and my recording of talks has had to take a bit of a back seat for personal reasons; but my desire to carry on talking is still very strong.
I have been using some of this time to do some research into other areas for talks. Some serious and others less so.
The MS society, along with many other charities is suffering from a lack of fundraising events so I’ve got quite a bit of ground to make up on their behalf. My classes have also taken a back seat whilst I wait for my second hip replacement. The sooner it’s done the sooner I can get mobile, pain free, again. I hope that by then the situation will have improved and meetings will have resumed in some way. What will be the new normal?
